They took my deposit in May 2008 and performed no services. Cancelled in accordance with their contract and no refund ever received.

I complained to the US Postal Inspectors, the Dept. of Transportation, the Federal Trade Commision, the BBB, the Attorney General in Florida and others.

Last Friday, I received a call from "Dan" asking if I had received my refund.

Called my credit union and it had not been received. They said that if it had been received, it would be on their computers immediately.

Gave this info to "Dan" in a return call to them and he said that the "refund was issued last week".

I have heard that from them before so gave it my usual "no credibility rating" to them.

I do not know what game they are playing and why they are wasting my time and theirs by calling and continuing to lie about the refund. I would prefer that they wait and then have a government agency send my refund after jailing them.

Do not even think about getting involved with these crooks.
