Did any one succeed in getting the deposit back? They failed to pick up my car. So I asked for my depsoit back on August 12. They told me it would be done in a week or two. But they never!! I keep trying to contact finance department only to fail. I'm afraid they are not willing to get my money back. Now I'm trying to find another way to get it. Does anyone has suggestions? Do I need to report the policy for the fraudulant? Does any one has any expereince? Thank you in advance.
