I had my vehicle shipped from Hawaii to LA, but RAM never picked up the car from LA to deliver it to Texas after stealing my $200 deposit. After numerous amounts of unanswered calls to them, I finally gave up and got someone else to pick up my car on the same day. Never ever ever use this company. I have not received my deposit back. THEY ARE THIEFS!
