I was looking purchasing a car in another state and hired Reliable Auto Shippers to handle the transporting of my vehicle. Since I was not completely sure that I was going to purchase this vehicle I asked Tony / Lee specifically that if I decided not to purchase the vehicle would I get my deposit back and they both assured me I would. So I gave them the deposit of almost $300.00 and arranged the vehicle to be picked up at the destination we discussed. As it turned out I did not purchase the vehicle so I emailed and called Lee to let him know that I did not purchase the vehicle and to cancel my order. This was the first week in March 2016 and to this day I am still waiting for my refund! I was told over and over that my refund was going to be credited back to me and then in May when I still never received my refund I was transferred to Brian who told me he mailed the check. Well it is June 7th and still no check and no return of my phone calls......
