(Un)reliable auto transport had the WORST customer service. Our car was scheduled to arrive on the 6th of January and it is now the 12th. We haven't received one phone call from (un)reliable auto transport. We have to call them and even then we can't get a hold of someone. When we spoke to someone on the 7th they have us the runaround and said the truck would be arriving on the 8th or 9th. No truck. No call. Nothing. We are still waiting on our car 3 days later and still no call and we can't reach anyone at (un)reliable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The worst customer service. They'll be great until they pick up the car then all bets are off.
