Both Tom & Mike misled me and a fellow shipper regarding them being a trucking company. They pretended to be Reliable Carriers. They are brokers. Money up front fee and no service or call back. Placed my partner on board. I was not placed on board and said vehicle would be picked up Sat, Sun or Monday. Called Monday said a vehicle was headed your way. Would not given name of company or Driver name or phone number. Then stated hope we can get it picked up. Mike was very rude and condescending. Could not find Tom. I told him to cancel. He charged my credit card and did not pick up vehicle no have on board, until after I had the vehicle shipped by a legitimate shipping company. Do not use this company.
