I spent years in customer service and expect the best. First, Jon Masiello was upfront, honest and clear about getting me a car mover. I was anxious as I started my huge move to Maryland from Las Vegas by myself. Jon took the time to listen to me, ask appropriate questions - no quick brush off on the phone. I had to handle this move by myself to go to Maryland from Las Vegas - my car and my stuff. I am no Spring chicken at 74. I needed all the help I could get. Will was on time and efficiently shifted cars around and placed my car up on his rig. A big smile, a hand shake and he was on his way. I felt I was in good hands. I am in New Jersey right now awaiting housing in Maryland It is confirmed by my son in Maryland that Will will be in Md at 3 p.m. tomorrow. This was a very good moving experience. Thank you Jon!!
