Would like to clarify my previous review regarding Reliable. Brian has been outstanding in helping to facilitate my claim with EZ Load transporter, and Mark at EZ load has also been awesome in rectifying issues of scratches from loading the vehicle. I would definitely use Reliable again recognizing that minor damage can occur, but the important thing is honesty in dealing with issues and follow through after delivery. I want to thank Brian for his honesty and timeliness in dealing with the issue. It means a lot to be able to rely and trust the broker when moving a vehicle.
