After a bombardment of brokers looking to help transport my recently purchased and very collectible 1993 Cobra, I finally settled on Reliable Car Transportaion. I'll admit I was VERY apprehensive of the entire process, considering the value and condition this car.
Upon calling, Pat introduced himself and I explained to him some of my concerns. He quickly explained to me the transort industry as a whole and proceded to guide me through the process. We agreed upon a price which would get the car reletively quick to my location. We exchanged information, and I reviewed some of the legal paperwork involved with the transaction.
After more concernes on my part the next day, Pat quickly explained a few more things to me, and it put my mind at ease. We were off with a pickup date in about a week.
A day into the process, I realized I could have the car picked up even sooner than previously agreed upon. I sent him an e-mail and he reponded with a reply he'd locate a driver ASAP. Not only did he deliver, he made arrangements for that day! Wow! It happend so quckly, I barely had time to organize things. Pat contacted me via phone and e-mail, multiple times daily throughout the entire process to make sure things were going as planned. It was very one-on-one treatment.
The driver from Freedom Transport was great too. Paul was very freindly and delieverd my car on time, and unharmed. We chatted about the immaculate condition of the car and a few other things. He even went as far to call me 10 minutes AFTER the drop-off to give me some paint maintence tips for the car.........it's black. Really good guy there.
So this was a first time for me, and I'm very pleased and relieved it went well. Thanks agian, Pat at Reliable and Paul from Freedom Transort. The car is awesome!
