I originally spoke with Steve Bauman from Reliable Car Transportation and he made me feel very comfortable amongst the many choices of auto transport brokers. The choices are totally overwhelming and most of them try to tell you the same thing over and over. Steve did not. He stated the facts and simply said if we can't find you a carrier within 10 days you are free to move on without paying any money period. During the period in which I was waiting for my car to be picked up, I also spoke with Mitch and Dave at Reliable. They are both fabulous guys to work with...very accomodating and professional to say the least! My vehicle was picked up in 8 days by Rife Hauling/Jeff & Gloria Rife out of Dandridge, TN. 865-397-0973 He is extremely carefull and professional and is on time! His wife works with him and makes all the calls and they are both very considerate. Great choice of carrier Reliable! The car would have been picked up a few days earlier but the first haulerchanged their minds without telling anyone. Reliable made this situation work to my advantage and I am very pleased with the overall outcome. Car arrived home safely and in perfect condition in just 2 days.
