I own my own business and feel it is important to give positive feedback when you have a great experience.

I called to get a shipping quote and Damon took the call. He was caring and courteous from the start. Damon gave me my quote and told me when I was ready to complete my form on line. He also stated he would be available to help. I called three other shipping companies and did not even get close to the experience I had with Damon. Well I called back and asked for Damon. He was incredible to deal with! He made me feel that someone will be watching out for my car and will do their best to get it dispatched and shipped from CT to FL. You all earned my business directly because of Damon. Companies can only get so far on their national name. I can now add that the driver (Glenn) was just as great too! It is people like Damon and Glenn that contribute to your company’s success.
