Just wanted to pass along how great your driver (Mr. Gordy Brown) was w/ the delivery of my new vehicle recently. He was in touch w/ the dealer at the origin point (TN) and was also in contact w/ myself both the day before and the day of delivery to IN. While I was not able to see him either load or unload the vehicle, I was told by representatives at both origin & destination that Mr. Brown was VERY careful the entire time and was most pleasant to deal with. I was able to meet him shortly after he had unloaded at destination and personally thanked me for trusting Reliable to deliver my car. Having worked in the LTL trucking environment for the past 37 years, I know the value of having great drivers to represent your company and wanted to pass along my compliments to Mr. Brown. Your should be very proud of the work he does for Reliable Carriers!
