My car was picked up 6 days later than promised. Mike wouldn't answer calls or emails when I tried to find out where my vehicle was. In the end, I tried to let it go and I all I asked for was a receipt of the fees I paid. He couldn't even provide that to me. Knowing what I know now, I wouldn't trust him to ship a bag of dogsh*t across the street. Just an overall horrid experience.
