I have place order on 21st of December for pickup on 26th December after chritmas.

Due to the holiday week my car wasn't picked up untill 01st January 2012, i should not blame the transporter for the same. I get in touch with Dave to get my car picked up as soon as possible. He told the exact suitation on promissed me to deliver my car at the earliest.

He compromised on his cut and found a carrier to ship my car at the earliest. Customer service was really good, prompt and very supportive.

There was no extra fee i need to pay for the transport. Even though my car was picked early than expected on that suituation (Between christmas and New Year, where finding carrier is difficult) and delivered as promissed.

I would contact dave, if i want move my car again.
