This was the first time shipping anything. I talked to several shippers and then I talked to Josh. He was very honest and polite. He explained everything and answered all my questions. I told him I was in no hurry to ship our sea doo if it would save some money. With in no time and a price I was happy with our sea doo was picked up and shipped to us. The driver Lou was very polite and helpful. He even chaged the drop off point at the last minute do to our reguest. Oustanding job by both parties. No hidden fee's or secrets.
