initially agreed to pick up my 2 cars between 22nd - 25th of June, didnt show up, made multiple phone calls(where i was put on hold, hang up), they told me that they are awaiting for dispatch, and couldn't guarantee a pick up date, finally when my day to leave town came up - June 27th evening, they called me late evening @ 5pm 26th saying they will be working with their partner to have my cars moved but i have to pay $ 1800 to the driver, instead of $900. upon asking why i have to pay double, they said we are doing a favor, u can refuse if u want, but we will not be able to find a dispatch for u any sooner as u r located north of Detroit and its a hard route to find any dispatch, on asking why they pick my assignment if they knew its a hard route, they said its up to me to take the offer or left alone and find my own mover and they will be ready to cancel the order after i signed the agreement on May 25th, well month ago before my planned move. I finally had to agree to pay as i need to fly the next day. They lied that there partner mover is coming from Pa just for me, and i had to tell yes/no within 30mins whether i will take the offer to pay more or wait till they find some one else. when the driver arrived i found that he is an independent agent who came from Milan, Mi, hardly 100miles from my address and he told me that he will hold my cars for 1wk till he finds more assignments and start later...its been 10days now still not received my cars, the driver told me he is in Indianapolis, during this time i got no phone call from ride a way and left to the mercy of the driver and my fate.
Dont fall for Cynthia's promises that she will stand by you through out the process of moving, once u paid ur deposit, u r at there mercy to pick ur phone and answer u, none even bothers to call u back, its been 10days still waiting for my cars to be delivered by a third party person.

The customer read and signed a contract that clearly states that we are BROKERS for vehicle transportation just like most of the companies that have contacted him with a quote. It is the nature of the business that some routes are not the best to get to and are considered COLD ROUTES, that is not something that our company or anyone else has control over. He was located all the way in the top of MICHIGAN almost being considered Canada .I apologize for any inconvenience that are company might of caused, but at the end there was a driver assigned to pick up the vehicles and it was at the end of the window for pick up witch was the 7th day. Now as for communication, this customer was the absolute worst calling our employees idiots and cursing at anyone and everyone. Our conversations where cut short for that reason. I understand his desperation as for being under pressure, but that is not a way to treat anyone. We will not stay on the phone with this person as he goes off by name calling everyone. We tried to communicate with him many of times, but he was a ticking bomb ready to explode. Once again I do understand he was under pressure but not a reason to act in that certain way.
