We have used Ride-a-way for years and have given them a ton of steady repeat business. the past 2 months there phone message always says they are closed, yet it is between 9-5 EST. No one returns messages left and since we are a steady commercial account they have cost us hundred's$ in fee's and unhappy customers as we cannot meet deadlines to deliver or pick up cars.
If you are out of business, please take down the website and leave a message so we and others are not wasting our time and damaging customer relations.
Would NEVER recommend anyone try and use this company again.
They used to be prompt....but have disappeared of the face of the map.
