Ms. Delks car arrived at port on 2/17, we had a driver scheduled to pick up on 2/22. The driver failed to pick up on that date and indicated he would pay storage charges until he could arrive for pick up of said vehicle a couple of days later.The driver again failed to perform as agreed and Ms. Delk went to pick up the car herself, not allowing Riley Auto time to replace the driver.
We regret this inconvenience to the customer caused by the driver and will certainly refund.
