Rarely does a plan work without some kinks and my experience with RiteWay and Robert retained my expectations of excellent customer service. Even with minor communication and delivery information issues, Robert was consistently available to do the leg work and find the answers I needed. I was confident in Robert's knowledge and skills and he did not disappoint. Our business relationship was akin to "old friends" helping one another. Thank you RiteWay and especially to you, Robert!
