Kenny was a superb contact person. Personal, relaxed, focused entirely on our specific case and inspiring confidence in resolving all possible issues. He truly understands customer service.
He found a good carrier and communicated with us at all times. We knew we were taken care of all along.
We took the transcontinental trip with our other car and arrived later than the transported vehicle. Kenny went out of his way to find an inexpensive and covered storage until we could pick up our car. That company too was excellent.
Without hesitation we can say that one can entrust one's very prized possession - ours is an Audi TT - to Kenny and his company.
