My car was picked up when they said it would be, it was loaded carefully on the hauler, and was delivered to me across the country, a little bit dirty, but no other issues. And what car wouldnt be dirty after a trip across the country! The dispatchers worked with me to get the car to me over the weekend so that I didnt have to wait until Monday. Everything went exactly as they said it would and I will be using Rite Way again when i send the car back to NJ in a couple of years.
