I was, and still am, totally new to the vehicle transport system. I got a million quotes and felt like I was picking out of a hat. Long story short, I had three vehicles to transport. I contracted out with a different company for them at first. They delivered the first two.... and it was a NIGHTMARE.

Phil at Rite Way contacted me and asked if he could help. I was so frustrated, at first I may have even been mean. I didn't think anyone would come through.... I WAS WRONG. This guy was great!!! He helped me through the process on the third vehicle and even talked me through the other two that I didn't even contract with him for. I was EXTREMELY happy with the level of service, the professionalism and courtesy that I received. He answered the phone when I called, returned voicemails and answered e-mails. That is more than I can say about the other company....

I will use this company again and I will recommend it to anyone I know needing this type of service. I work in the automotive business and need to have access to reliable, dependable companies and this is one of them. Thank you Rite Way. Thank you Phil.... you made my job easier.
