For whatever reason, Cievan Michaelov impressed me right away as being a person I could trust to set up the transport of my Harley from Louisiana to Montana.

She was intelligent, open, called back when she said she would. She made a couple of promises and kept both of them. Cievan and Rite Way are obviously brokers, trying to put two people together. Some of those brokers promise everything, and then try to find a hauler.

Cievan Michaelov first quoted me a price, and then found a hauler, when I said I would like for the bike to be transported as quickly as possible. I then signed up, after I had confirmation from her on the date of pickup. It was a great business transaction and Cievan was a pleasure to work with.

Many others tried to get me to sign up, and then would use their best efforts to find a hauler. I never sign anything on a "best-efforts" basis.

I am very pleased with the results. I am now enjoying my Harley in beautiful Spring weather in Billings.
