Josh was professional, informed and compassionate.
We shipped twice. First time, son moved from seattle to start a four year degree in syracuse ny. one year later, he wanted back inseattle with a changed major. we considered selling his car in ny and buying new one here. 1400 in 2010 and then 1400 again in 2011 is a lot for a used first car. but we know that car, fixed all to fix, care for it, it suits him and to buy another used is to ask for another persons problems. so we called josh. with less than a week notice. for the first five days, he did not have a carrier. he called and checked in and appeased this worried mom that it would transport before my son flew back to seattle. but that josh wouldnt give to just any carrier. one wanted too much (more than i could pay) and another had such a long route that car would be on and off carrier a lot and i wasnt comfy with that. Josh made sure the best carrier possible at the best price met our timeline. the day before son was to fly back, a carrier was found and arrived. son loaded car on carrier then two hours later was driven to airport. smooth! car arrived in perfect condition. two special situations were arranged via josh and turned out perfect. i would recommend again, but hopefully i wont have to use again! son had better stay put this time!
