The driver was three days late picking up my car. The carrier says that they don't guarantee pickup date. Then don't quote me a price to be picked up on a certain day!!!! I told them to cancel and the lately gleefully told me that I'd forfeit my deposit. So I sucked it up. Then the semi broke down on the way and it took 12 days to get from North Carolina to Arizona. I would never use this company again.
