My experience was overall very good with this company. My car was picked up an dropped off on time. There was some issue with the driver getting lost trying to find the pickup location but it is in a newly developed area and often does not show up on navigation and there were monsoon rains. The driver was polite and very sorry for getting lost. My car did show up very dirty but the carrier was open and that is to be expected. For the price and time, getting a car wash was no issue in lieu of driving the car across the country myself. Josh was very helpful and polite. I have recommended Riteway to a number of people.
