I work with a new dealership in the Lawrenceville, Georgia area and we recently purchased a 2008 Mercedes Benz Maybach 57 valued at over $280,000.00. I had contacted a few carriers in regards to transport and all the carriers wanted a couple of days to pick the vehicle up. I contaced Pete at Rite Way, and he immediately got on the phone with the owner of Rite Way Auto Transport. I had a flight out the same day back to Georgia, and Jeff met me at the airport and took my vehicle personally back to their office. Pete also took the time and forwarded me a video of the guy loading the vehicle out of professional courtesy since I could not personally be there. The driver arrived in about 2 days and unloaded the vehicle which was in perfect condition. The seats had been covered in plastic by the driver that way he would not get them dirty or damaged. To make a long story short, Pete and Jeff were extremely professional in handling the transport of the vehicle, and Pete called me once the driver had loaded it, and also called to make sure everything had turned out ok with the delivery. Great customer Service.
