Some of the reviews on here, both good and bad, seem a bit canned, i.e. phony, but as a recent, "real" customer who was new to the auto-shipping process, I just wanted to let other newcomers know that Rite Way handled my order very well from start to finish, kept me informed and up-to-date on the status of my order, and got the job done on time, as promised. This was the second company I tried, after the first company put out a low-ball bid with little chance of being picked up and left me hanging without my calls being returned for several days. Glad I got connected with Phil and Carlo at Rite Way, who got my new Wrangler to me in time to enjoy the great weather with the top down this past weekend!
