At first their customer service was good. However, once I signed the paperwork, they were a little tough to get in contact with. I finally got a call back the day before my car was supposed to be picked up. They sent a driver out that day (one day early) to pick up the car. I was told that the truck that picked my car up was the truck that would deliver my car. This was a lie. I was told this was the case because terminals were unsafe. When the driver arrived, he was in a small tow truck and he said he was taking the car to a terminal where it would be loaded on a truck. Naturally, when the car arrived to the final destination it has damage from being unloaded and loaded on the new truck. When I contacted the awful company that Rite Way contracted for the transport (Wonderful Trucking Service) about the damage they just yelled at me and told me not to blame it on the driver. Rite Way is the WRONG way to move your car. I am currently trying to work out the damage with the shipping company since Rite Way claims the are released from liability once the driver picks up the car. If Rite Way does business with companies like Wonderful Trucking Service, it's no wonder they do not stand by the companies they use.
