My mother had a horrible experience with a transport company so I was very leery about using one. I had some recommendations and I looked on the internet. Rite Way had some good reviews, so I called them. Josh answered all of my questions and explained how the process of transporting a car works so I would not have the problems my mother had. I finally called him back after about three weeks when I knew someone would be able to pass off the car to the driver. I only had two available days to have the car picked up and Josh was able to get someone to do that. It was picked up when they said they would pick it up and it was delivered exactly on time. I am so grateful for the wonderful service I got. Thank you!
