riteway was at higher end of the price scale but i selected them because i wanted the truck picked up specifically on saturday. i got the quote wednesday.

they picked it up and had a driver committed thursday, for pick up saturday, the driver had a problem with his previous drop off so he showed up late on saturday 945 pm scheduled 10 am, however we were in contact with both pete and driver so this was not complete surprise.

unfortunately driver thought blazer was s10 style instead of full size and it wouldn't fit on his truck.

i honestly would be giving a terrible review right now except for two things, first i called and left a message at right way at 10 pm saturday, there working hours are only till 330 pm. and no working hours on sunday. pete called me back on sunday at 11am on his day off and started working on getting me rescheduled.

the 2nd thing was the 2nd driver was awesome, i called him the day before pick up on monday, told him everything about the truck, he said he would pick it up at 10am tuesday, he did. he said he would drop it off at 4 pm so i had time to get off work, he did right on time. within 30 minutes pete called me and asked if everything was good, it was and he asked me to do this survey, he probably had close to an hour of phone time with me over 4 days because of the problems, thats a lot for one job.

I appreciate the effort to get this done, and everyone i dealt with was honest and straightforward. if i need to auto transport again this is who i would call, the reality is that not everything can go smooth, but having people try and work thru problems is worth a lot.
