I had spoken to Josh King when I was evaluating carriers, and thought he sounded capable and sincere. Once I figured out my itinerary, I called him on his cell 10:30 ET on a Saturday night to see if could absolutely, positively get my 2 vehicles picked up by Tuesday. Josh and the folks at Rite Way got right on it. Everything went well, and all the folks I dealt with were helpful and great to work with. I don't think many of the other booking agents could have done this. I might have saved a couple hundred dollars had I searched for the rock bottom quote, but I doubt they could have gotten the job done - and my dates were not flexible. Well worth it! Thank you Josh and Rite Way.
