Thanks Rite Way and the whole team for helping us out with our Ford F-150 from Aspen Colorado to Savannah Georgia, it took me about 2 weeks to finally find a company that I felt was able to ship the truck for us. After the women told me on the phone that “we don’t take a penny from you until the truck is loaded onto the carrier” kind of made it a NO BRAINER for me…aside from the fact that this women told me everything there was to know about how this process works, being that this is my first time ever shipping a vehicle I found that real comforting! From the first conversation I had with Rite Way(cindy) to the time I got my Truck dropped off in GA, the gals I spoke to were all very kind and beyond helpful, you can definitely tell that CUSTOMER SERVICE is a big priority of Rite Way’s. Again, Thanks a lot for the easy move!!!!!!
