Austin called me and asked if my car had been dispatched yet. I told him I did not know the company that I went with never notified me of anything going on. Austin explained to me what this meant and I told him that the car was to be picked up on 1/15/10. He said that I was not on the board so I tried to get a hold of this other company for hours and got nothing. Then Jeff came in and offered to get my car picked up the next day. So I took his offer but turns out that the truck driver that he had found was the guy to pick up my car from the other company. Jeff then droped the purchase that I had agreed on with Right Way. I just want to thank both of them for there hard working customer service. If I ever need a car transported I will be doing it through Right Way.
