This was the first time that I have ever shipped a car so I was hoping to have a seamless experience. Needless to say it was not. I was able to book this shipment almost 3 full months in advance of 1st available date.

I was shocked to find out that they had to "push me back in the order" due to high volumes on an Upstate NY to Milwaukee route. When you have that much of a lead time I would think you would be able to schedule or predict a bit about how many trucks would be in that area or how they would be able to prevent miscommunication. First off I was told a few days in advance that the driver would contact me directly and give me a 24 to 48 hr notice when he would be there to pick my car up.

After not hearing anything for about 2 day I decided to follow up and that is when Stephano gave me the "high volume route" run around. He said he would pencil me in for Monday 6/28(after first available 6/24) and call me on Saturday night to let me know where we stood. I did not hear a thing. . . . .I then called on Sunday with a follow up email to the Sales guy(Jeff.) He actually responded and said they would take their deposit and put it toward the truckers fee. He also said someone from Dispatch would call me on Monday AM to tell me where we stood. . . . NOPE! I followed up at 12pm EST and finally talked to the woman in charge of dispatch(Jane) and she told me that it was not a high volume route. . and how I got such a good quote that they could not get someone to take it. I was shocked that these were MY problems and not Rite Way's. In either case I thought it was extremely shoddy team of people who do not know how Customer Service works, let alone how to deal with an upset client. Jane basically realized how upset I was and told me to find another provider.

I would never use them again and I would be very wary about anyone else using them in the future.
