I called one of those 1800 numbers to help me locate a moving/ transport company this rude guy finial transfered me to Ronnie... That was the last time i felt uncomfortable about the situation.. ronnie took complete control of the situation.. was extreemly professional abd put me @ ease.. they were early for pick up and waited on me to be ready.. Ronnie gave me personal phone calls atlease 2 times a day to let me know about the progress they were making inbetween fla and NY.. i would Defanantly use ronnie again.. i dont care where he worked. i thought the quote mite have been alittle high but im not familiar with the business.. but i now know that the price was fair and witht the quality of service i got it was actually a steal!!!
