I must give an overall rating of outstanding to Rite Way. The fellow that I dealt with on the phone was professional, courteous and very knowledgable. Everything he told me, happened when and exactly how he said it would. I contacted several companies for quotes and although yours was very competitive, it was not the lowest. My decision was made on the basis of the knowledge and helpful personality of Stephen, the agent that helped me. He explained every facet of the process to me, including price, damages & claims, what to expect and when to expect it.

With regard to the driver, he not only was on time, he was a little early. He was pleasant, his truck was very will maintained and he too, explained the time line for the trip and the delivery process. My vehicle arrived on time and free of any damage. The driver certainly takes pride in the job that he does. I certainly feel that my decision was the right one and I intend to use this company as well as reccomend them to anyone that I know that needs a transporter. Seldom, do you find people and a company that do what they say they will do when they say they will do it.
