Our experience with Riteway and Michael O'Sullivan was wonderful. Michael walked us through the process very patiently (this was the first time we had ever shipped anything like this) and was very knowledgeable about both of our vehicles (one was a yard tractor!) and really had everything under control from the first time I spoke to him. We were unable to set a date immediately due to a wait time for court proceedings (an estate had to be settled) and he was very kind about all of the hold ups we encountered. Our driver, Kevin, and his partner were both punctual and professional and took good care of both vehicles during the trip. They kept in touch by phone prior to their arrival to pick up and during the transport right to delivery. I would absolutely recommend using Riteway for transport and would not hesitate to call them again if I ever had a need again.
