This was the first time I have had to transport vehicles to another state. As I had not done this before, I called quite a few companies for pricing and information. Harold at Rite Way Auto Transport was very easy to talk to about pricing, explained how transporting vehicles worked and honestly eased my mind at this very stressful time. Within a day of selecting Rite Way Auto Transport the days of transport pickup and delivery where scheduled. The cars were picked up on time and the day before delivery in FL, the driver called and confirmed delivery address and time. The morning of delivery, the driver called to re-confirm all items for delivery.

The vehicles arrived in the same shape they left IL and I was relieved. Also, when the vehicles arrived they were in an enclosed trailer, I made arrangements for open trailer and paid for open trailer. Due to the fact that the vehicles being sent back up north where very nice and I assume expensive, the vehicles being taken to FL where transported in an enclosed trailer. When I saw the enclosed trailer pulling up in FL, I thought to myself, the driver is going to state due to being enclosed the price has changed. I am so glad this did not happen, and that the price agreed upon on the contract was the price due, even when my vehicles ended up being transported in an enclosed trailer.

I highly recommend Rite Way Auto Transport for a fair price and great customer satisfaction. If I need to transport vehicles in the future Rite Way Auto Transport will be the first and only company I contact.
