Get info about the pickup company

Harold was very responsive and helpful as the customer service rep for Riteway. He answered all my questions and got my vehicle moving quickly.

My only complaint is that the pickup was supposed to be at a reasonable time and the drivers tried to arrange a middle-of-the-night/early a.m. pickup which was completely unacceptable and so we had to postpone pickup until the next morning after several very late night phone calls. We also had to get the car to the driver instead of the expected pickup at our home, which again we thought was an unreasonable request. We expressed our displeasure to Riteway and they contacted the transport company and told them of our dissatisfaction with the pickup. The dropoff was much better although we still did not get the promised door-to-door service. So be prepared to bring your vehicle to the truck and pick it up somewhere. My complaints aren't with Riteway but with the actual transporters of my vehicle. Door-to-door should be just what it implies.

I would use Riteway again but I would want some better information about the company that is picking up my vehicle and some contact information for them.
