The date promised to pick up was Wednesday; it was pushed back to Thursday, then to Friday, and finally the car was pickup on Saturday afternoon. Excuses given: "driver need new transmission", "driver needed to sleep", "driver will be there at 2am in the morning, is that okay"
The company was very unhelpful during the whole process; the customer service is the worst I've every dealt with. No one could give me a straight answer. Even after speaking with the owner of the company, the problem was not resolved! I guess that's where there example of poor customer comes from.
For all the good things that people have to say about this company, I think the bad customer services out weights them all. I would be very cautious and steer clear of River Bluff Transport, it's just not worth the headache!
