I struggled with the idea of hiring transport to move my father-in -law's beloved Corvette from San Jose, CA to Washington state. I requested online quotes from a few of the top 10 listed companies, and settled on River City Auto Transport. Linda was wonderful and quickly set my fears to rest!! The rate was accidently listed on amy quote as 645, and Linda and I worked out a new rate that worked for both of us. I never felt uncomfortable with my choice. I could not afford covered transport, but I was delighted to find out that the truck (Admiral Merchants Motor Freight) that picked up the Corvette was actually covered. The driver was so nice, and did a great fantastic job. He had to park the transport truck a half mile from my house (there was no place to park that large of a truck near my home), he carefully drove the car from there and into my drive way. I could not be happier with my choice for transport. The car was picked up and delivered within 6 days!!
