I bought a brand new Toyota Tundra from a dealer in FL and needed it shipped to my home in MT. Since it was brand new with no miles and no scratches or dings, I wanted to find a very reputable company to work with. Not to mention, I am high maintenance and picky and I ask a lot of questions, so I needed a company who would be responsive to that. After several quotes and calls, I called River City Auto Transport. From the start, Jeff listened to my concerns and explained the process of the transport to me. He was honest and upfront with me, and gave me realistic expectations about things that could happen, never putting any sales pressure on me to pick them. In the end, I'm glad I did pick them, because both Jeff and Linda did an outstanding job for me. From start to finish, they followed up on every single detail and kept every promise they made, even while I was gone on vacation! They were always polite, courteous, and very responsive...true professionals in every sense of the word! It only took 3 days from the time my truck was picked up in FL to the time I received it in MT...incredible! I am such a happy camper! I can't say enough about them! I highly recommend Jeff and Linda...don't hesitate to call them. I plan on calling them again if I ever have to ship another vehicle.
