After looking at 10 different transporters, getting quotes, talking to them on the phone, only the husband and wife team of Jeff & Linda made me feel the most assured. They had a great price - in between the highs and the lows - and even said that if our car didn't find a transporter that they would throw in their fee to the driver as incentive. Well only after 2 days on the board they found a great company (Arizona Auto Transport) who came to pick up the car 4 days later. The driver was very communicative, detailed and reliable. He knew LA and NY very well and was very experienced. He arrived at the destination when he said he would (6 days later) and was very nice. We were really scared to ship a car and didn't know what to expect. But now I expect River City to take car of us any time we need to ship a car.
