First let me say that I entered the vehicle-moving process without a clue on the differences between a broker and an actual company that owns vehicle-moving trucks. Luckily I stumbled upon this website and started making calls. Jeff from River City took the time to explain what a broker does and how they make money. He also told me how much money he thought the quote should be in order for a truck owner to want to pick up my new Bronco from the great white north (Duluth, MN). His honesty, knowledge, and overall customer service were amazing. He went above and beyond and spent a lot of time on the phone with me. Needless to say I was shocked at some of the other business practices out there. I'm thinking 20/20 needs to do a expose'.

Regarding the shipping process - Jeff found me a carrier over the weekend and the car was picked up a couple days later. The transport process took just over a week to get from MN to NC - the carrier had a couple delays with flat tires and such, but he was very communicative and always called back (Brent from Cinjay Corp.).

Overall - PLEASE USE RIVER CITY!!
