After reading the horror stories on this web site, we were very apprehensive about shipping our daughter's car across country. However, it turned out to be a problem free experience due to Jeff and Linda Gifford at River City Auto Transport, who we selected after reading reviews and checking the Better Business Bureau. The car was picked up in California four days after we placed the order, and was delivered to our daughter (who is at college in New Hampshire) just nine days later. Communication was excellent, the driver was polite and cooperative - it could not have been smoother! We will use them without hesitation to bring the car back.
