STOP SEARCHING! I just had my first auto transport experience and unlike some reviews you might read, I had a great experience. I bought a classic car in NY and had to get it to GA and did not know where to start. I spent hours on the internet and phone researching which Auto Transport broker to use and finally settled on River City. Linda explained how this business works, she gave me a competitive quote (not the lowest but competitive), she followed thru on every commitment and kept me informed as the process moved along. The transporter she selected was very professional, picked-up and delivered on the schedule they promised and without a scratch. I almost made a mistake with a different, less ethical company.
