I had to move a car from Florida to Massachusetts, bu did not know a thing about the process. I put out a request for quotes and Kareline from Road Angels was the first person to personally reach out to me. She was very patient and explained the process. While I spent several days evaluating vendors, she was the most professional of all the companies I spoke to. Though her company was on the newer side, she has had years of exerience in he industry and I found her very trustworthy, so I decided to take a chance.
While I was ordering a car transport in the midst of a very busy season, she intially quoted a very fair price and was able to secue that price through her hard work.
Even after her job was done, I reached out to her several times with questions. She was very prompt in her responses. She held true to her selling points of being a customer service focused company. My car was delivered yesterday in perfect condition.
Though I do not know if I will be transporting a car again, I would use Kareline again without hesitation. From what I hear, the auto transport industry can be very dirty, but I would recommend Kareline due to her honesty and customer focus.
