Auto Angels representative was awesome! She took the time to explain the industry and how it works (I was a first time customer). I felt the price was competitive and the service was prompt and responsivie to the urgency of my auto transfer needs.
However, the auto carrier themselves (Chase Transport/Continetal Transport), did a good job with the transfer, however, their was damage to the vehicle. The damage didn't appear noticeable until they drove away, and we drove off with the vehicle. I did receive a prompt call from the owner of Chase/Continental Transport, LLC (Mark), who was very concerned about the negative feedback he received from Auto Angels on the car damage inquiry. He offered me his direct contact number to relay the diagnosis of the damage once we were able to get it taken in to a shop, and said he would cover the damages no problem. WELL, I haven't hear from him since, after leaving several message over the past day-and-half, still no response. So, I am stuck with the bill at this point!
At his point, i am NOT happy at ALL, with the customer service level and the accountability of the damage and costs to my vehilcle.
AND it's super annoying to listen to a voicemail messages that is set for you to talk to the automatied message that comes with the phone company - vs a real live person's voice that is ownerand operator of the company! Very impersonable and not a comforting feeling that I am being taken care of at ALL. Auto Angels did their part, but the transport company that actually transported my vehicle seems a bit sketchy to me!
