Our experience with Roadrunner was an absolute dream. They told us up front that if we left household goods in the car there would be extra charge for weight. Everything we placed in the cars as exactly where we placed it, to include my snow brush I had put on top of a box when I was vaccuuming the car for shipment.

Sure, they were dirty but after shipping from Anchorage to Seattle by boat then from Seattle to Birmingham by truck that was expected and they couldn't be responsible for the oil that dripped from some careless owner's car onto ours.

We were given a delivery date of 6 April and they were delivered on 3 April. The driver who delivered was courteous and quickly got down to business to get them unloaded. We really couldn't have asked for better service or a better experience. Should we ever go back overseas we will be sure to use them again.
